ShowerUp has responded to hurricanes, tornadoes, fires, floods, vulnerable population needs, and ice storms. We are uniquely positioned to respond to disasters with showers and laundry.
In Asheville, NC, ShowerUp spent three weeks providing over 8,000 people with showers and a clean load of their clothes.
We have units that are specially designed to serve in disaster situations swiftly, with agility, and without straining local resources. It’s our goal to serve when and where there is a need.

Inside the ShowerUp mobile shower units, guests will find private, comfortable “shower suites” with a clean shower and sink with plenty of hot water and whatever they need to Shower Up!

ShowerUp volunteers are a huge part of what we do. We have tried to provide a fulfilling experience for everyone who serves with us. Volunteer opportunities are available for every level of experience and comfort.
Whether it’s driving the mobile shower unit and preparing for service, handing out shower supplies, being a part of the shower prep crew, hosting, or just being there with a friendly smile and hug, Shower Up is designed to partner with volunteers with minimal training and maximum involvement.
