ShowerUp Cookeville launced in 2026 to serve men and women in Cookeville who are experiencing homelessness, or anyone else in need of a shower.

When someone feels clean, supported, and loved, that can be the first step toward positive change. We have seen friends make decisions to go to job interviews, keep the jobs they have, reconnect to family and friends, get help for addiction, and move into housing. Sometimes it all starts with a shower.

ShowerUp relies on the local community to fund our outreach. Individuals, families, churches, and businesses support ShowerUp.
