ShowerUp Huntsville launched with a permanent community outreach in the spring of 2020 to serve those who are experiencing homelessness. Since then, ShowerUp has provided thousands of showers, hygiene supplies, survival gear, socks, and LAUNDRY.
We are also grateful to be able to serve alongside amazing volunteers who come to shower grace, hope, and love on those in need.
ShowerUp is a nonprofit that relies on the support of individuals, families, churches, and businesses to serve the community.
We are so excited and grateful for the opportunity to partner with Kohler to serve our unhoused friends in Huntsville! The amazing and beautiful Kohler Shower Trailer has 7 (!) shower suites including Huntsville’s only ADA unit for friends experiencing homelessness.
Our friends at Rose of Sharon have graciously given us space in their parking lot to permanently set up and serve at their location.

Recently, I had the honor of seeing our associates in Huntsville, Alabama work with local partner, Shower Up, to open a new Kohler Shower Trailer. This trailer will provide showering resources and hygiene products to individuals experiencing homelessness in the Huntsville community.
